今日の一品
大根が美味しい時期ですよね。
大根の皮をむき。
下ゆでしてから、ダシで煮ています。少し濃いめの塩加減にしないと、なかなか味がしないので、難しいですね。
できあがりです。今回はなかなかのできでした。
