今週もおしまい
大好きな「魚久」の西京漬けです。
銀ダラです。イカとか鮭とかありますが、これが一番。
気を抜くと焦げるのが難点ですね。でも、美味い!!!
もう一品。春の味、あおやぎです。ダシで煮てみました。なかなかうまいんですよ。
