ピーマンのペペロンチーネ風
ピーマンをメインにした料理を
チリメンとガーリック、鷹の爪を炒め、そこに細切りにしたピーマンを。トッピングは糸鰹節。
パスタの代わりにピーマン、なかなか好評です。
茄子の田楽風
味噌は市販品、なかなか減らないので使い切りたかった。
コンニャクの甘辛煮
