上野藪
ちょっと用事があって後輩と会うことに。
色々考えたあげく、上野藪でそばをすすることなりました。
付き出しにそば味噌、板ワサようの醤油
板ワサ、この厚さが大切
玉子焼き、チンだったので残念。冷えていても、焼いたままがいいな。
炙り明太

珍しい形式です
天盛り、天チリともいいますが、関東風の揚げ上がり
鴨焼き
なかなか豪勢!!!!
