鱧の湯引き
こちらもお客様用に準備した鱧の湯引き
真っ白できれいでしょ。
こちらもコスタボーダのガラス皿に笹の葉を敷いて、そこに盛りつけてあります。梅肉は別の器でおだししました。添えてあるのは茗荷の酢漬け
