モロッコインゲン
普通のインゲンも美味しいですが、モロッコインゲンも美味しいですよ。緑も鮮やかですし。
軽く茹でて、刻んだニンニクをオリーブオイルで炒め、そこにインゲンと水煮のホタテ缶詰を。
塩コショウとコチジャンを加えてできあがりです。
