百合根の炒めもの
百合根でもう1品
百合根の炒め物、ポン酢かけ
美味しかったですよ。
先程の百合根
にんにくとオリーブオイルで炒め、軽く塩コショウ。百合根に透明感がでたらポン酢を落として完成!かなりうまい!
