モツ煮
なかなかうまくできないモツ煮
今回はいい感じにできました。
やっぱりネギのトッピングは必須アイテムですね
牛の白モツ
ネギと生姜とモツを煮込んで一度漉します。漉した汁にモツと味噌、醤油などで味付けして、もう一度煮込めば完成
