ピーマンの肉詰め
今年、チャレンジしているピーマンの肉詰め
刻んだタマネギ、大葉
鶏と豚の挽肉
あわせてタネが完成
ピーマンに粉降って
タネを詰めて
あまった挽肉はハンバーグに
ピーマンも美味しく焼き色がついて
できあがり。うまそうでしょ。。。。
