餃子
ときどき作る餃子です
ちょっと焼きがもう少しでした。
豚と鶏の挽き肉に、刻んだ葱と刻んだ椎茸を加えます
塩胡椒、胡麻油、淡口醤油、おろしニンニクなどを加えて良く練ります
少し寝かして、市販の皮に
こんな感じで焼いています
