小樽の寿司
いつものお店にシャコを食べに
きれいにお花が
茶道具が飾られて
甘エビの塩から
刺身の盛り合わせ、左から八角、シャコ、つぶ貝、ボタンエビ
八角の皮とボタンエビの頭
お手製からすみ、しっとりとして美味しかった
焼きタチのポン酢
この日のお供はこちら
タチなどの入った碗物
焼き物など、真ん中は干し柿チーズ
数の子、薄くスライスし乾燥した物で歯ごたえがあり、うまし!
