梅酒の梅ジャムの作り方
梅酒の梅ジャムの作り方
梅酒に浸かっていた梅をお酒を抜くために、2度水で煮て、お酒を抜きます。そのあと、再度、水から煮て、種をとったあと、砂糖を1カップ足して煮込みました。
焼き蓮根
立ち読みした、高山なおみさんの「日々のごはん」より。
焼き蓮根がおいしいらしい。

最近気に入っているこんにゃくがあり、今日のこんにゃくステーキは、いつものように焼いて、おろしタマネギにポン酢とニンニク、七味を入れたタレで焼きました。少し、味がかわってダイエット向きかも??

辛子味噌
アスパラ、ネギのゆでたのに、辛子味噌をつけて食べたら美味しかったです。
